Terms of Sale
General Provisions
1.1. These terms govern the sale of equipment for draft beer dispensing and related products.
1.2. Placing an order means the buyer agrees to these terms.
Order and Payment
2.1. Orders can be placed via the website, by phone, or in person.
2.2. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by card.
2.3. For large orders, a prepayment may be required.
Delivery
3.1. Delivery is available throughout Armenia.
3.2. Delivery times depend on the availability of the goods in stock and will be agreed upon when placing the order.
3.3. The buyer is obligated to check the goods upon receipt.
Installation and Service
4.1. Upon customer request, we can provide installation services.
4.2. Warranty and post-warranty service are provided under a separate agreement.
Warranty and Return
5.1. The warranty for equipment is 12 months (unless stated otherwise).
5.2. Returns are possible within 14 days, provided the product and packaging are in their original condition.
5.3. Equipment with defects caused by the buyer’s fault cannot be returned.
Other Conditions
6.1. The seller reserves the right to change the terms of sale without prior notice.
6.2. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of Armenia.
